The Texas 4-H Conference Center’s Food Service Department is equipped to provide quality meals, breaks, and nutritional snacks for clientele.
The dining room can accommodate up to 184 in a variety of floor plans (cafeteria style, 8 ft tables, round tables, etc). Other meeting rooms may also be utilized for meals and breaks.
We are happy to accommodate any special dietary needs of participants. Please communicate these needs with Food Service personnel prior to your event.
Formal banquets, receptions and other special events are also available! Professional linens and table skirting is available upon request. Table decorations will be added for that extra touch for a small fee!
- Breakfast: $11.50 (typical menu includes eggs, meat, biscuits, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee)
- Lunch: $13.25 (typical menu includes entrée, side dish, self serve salad bar, homemade rolls and dessert and tea)
- Dinner: $14.75 (typical menu includes entrée, side dish, self serve salad bar, homemade rolls and dessert and tea)
Specialty menu selections are available upon request. - Coffee/Tea Services (optional): $2.50 per person per day (available as self-serve)
- Snacks (optional): $2.00 per person per day
