Leadership Lodge: A hotel-like facility with 24 private rooms that can accommodate up to 48 individuals. Each room is furnished with two full-size beds and satellite television. Four rooms offer wheelchair access. A large common area with a big screen television, fireplace, piano, and several seating areas provides a relaxing and informal lounge to host a variety of uses. The refreshment area located directly adjacent is equipped with soft-drink vending machines, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, sink area with large industrial coffee maker, and small serving tables.
Internet access is available via wireless or a T1 line, at no additional charge. There is a large deck off of the lounge and refreshment area with lounge chairs and picnic tables, which provides a wonderful relaxing view overlooking the lake.
Dormitories: The 4-H Conference Center has 10 modern dormitories. Each building has two residential areas, each with its own private showers and dressing area. Located in the middle of each dorm is a common living area with a couch, chairs, and telephone. All have parking located directly behind the building and a covered back patio area. Each side of the dorm will sleep up to 13 individuals (bunk and trundle style beds) for a total of 26 per dorm. Linens are available for an additional cost.
Pricing for the dorms is as follows:

$22.00 (no linens provided) per person per night (plus all applicable sales tax) - For profit organizations or corporate groups $34.00 (includes linens) per person per night (plus all applicable sales tax)

Down by the lake…..
The Lakeside Pavilion: Located along the shore of Lake Brownwood and accessible via FM 3021 through its own private gate. This facility is also accessible via the paved walking nature trail from the main campus. A large enclosed building accommodates up to 24 people (twin-size beds) in a communal-style dorm set-up. The facility includes separate male and female restrooms and showers.
A large industrial kitchen separated from the main meeting/sleeping area by a serving bar is available. A covered outdoor cooking area with grills and smoker allows private groups to prepare their own meals. Also available are two horseshoe pits and a floating pier for docking your personal watercraft or for fishing. The Pavilion is nestled among large live oaks providing plenty of shade, in addition to a large span of well maintained, grassy area along the shoreline. A boat launch is not available, but there is a launch area at a neighboring, private facility.
